Steps to Health program

All of our programs are modeled around our Steps to Health program:

STEP 1: RELIEF

Our first priority is to ease your pain and stop your conditioning from worsening. Utilizing our entire team, we will diagnose the cause of your pain and take steps to reduce it. Once we have reduced or eliminated your symptoms, we move on to step 2.

STEP 2: CORRECTION

With your symptoms relieved, we can begin correcting any misalignments (usually spinal subluxations) in your body that have caused joint and muscle pain and/or nerve interference. Step 2 is crucial to achieve optimal spinal and joint correction. Maintaining these corrections can go a long way to reducing pain and limiting recurring symptoms. Without fully completing the correction step schedule, your problem will most likely return.

STEP 3: STRENGTH

The strength portion of your care begins shortly after your pain symptoms begin to diminish. Many times Step 2: Correction and Step 3: Strength work hand-in-hand to support and maintain spinal alignment.

Our chiropractors, massage therapists and conditioning specialists work directly with you to help strengthen muscles and improve mobility. Our overall goal is to bring you to a higher level of wellness. Our team will design a customized training program focused on strengthening muscles that will support your skeletal system. Increased strength will help maintain the corrections, resulting in optimal health.

STEP 4: PREVENTION

After spending time and effort improving your health and wellness, the next step is to maintain the progress that’s been made. Maintaining your new level of health is the focus of Step 4: Prevention. We can’t stress enough how important taking preventative measures to maintain your joint and muscle function are.
